Such request must be submitted in writing, in free form, and must comply with the requirements established by the Law according to the type of request. Once your request has been received, we will communicate the corresponding response in accordance with the procedure and within the timeframes established by the Law. If the request is deemed appropriate, it will be implemented within the timeframes established therein.

You may revoke the consent that you may have granted us for the processing of your personal data. To revoke your consent, you must submit a request under the same terms applicable to the exercise of your ARCO Rights.

Receipt of a request to revoke consent or exercise ARCO Rights does not imply that the request will automatically be deemed appropriate by the Data Controller. If the information provided in the ARCO Rights request is insufficient or incorrect, or if the documents necessary to process the request are not included, the Data Controller will, within five business days following receipt of the ARCO Rights request and on a one-time basis, require the data subject or their representative to provide the necessary information or documents to process the request. The data subject or their representative will have ten business days, beginning on the day following receipt of such request for additional information, to respond.

The Data Controller will respond to a request to revoke consent or exercise ARCO Rights with its determination within 20 business days from receipt of the request.

If the request to revoke consent or exercise ARCO Rights is deemed appropriate, the Data Controller will implement its determination within 15 business days from the date on which the response is communicated to the data subject or their representative. In the case of requests for access to personal data, such data will be provided after the identity of the data subject or their representative has been duly verified.

Responses to requests to revoke consent or exercise ARCO Rights will be delivered to the data subject or their representative by email or certified mail. The requested information or personal data may be made available to the data subject or their representative in simple copies or electronic files, depending on the type and quantity of documents involved in each case.
